Vendor Agreement

MamaChef Vendor Agreement

By applying to list your kitchen on MamaChef, you agree to the following terms between you ("Vendor") and PinkSky, which operates MamaChef ("Company").

1. Scope

Vendor will offer home-cooked food through the MamaChef app and fulfil orders accurately and on time.

2. Food Quality & Hygiene

Vendor is fully responsible for food safety, cleanliness, and accuracy of menu details and pricing.

3. Delivery & Your Own Rider

If Vendor uses their own assigned delivery rider (instead of a MamaChef platform rider), collecting payment from the customer is entirely Vendor's own responsibility.

4. Pricing & Company's Share

Vendor sets their own price. The Company may add its own markup percentage to the final price shown to customers — this does not reduce Vendor's own earnings. If Vendor's own rider collects the full cash amount (including the Company's markup share), Vendor must repay that share to the Company.

5. Platform Subscription

The MamaChef platform subscription is currently free. The Company reserves the right to charge a subscription fee in the future. If a subscription expires, the kitchen's visibility to customers will automatically turn off until renewed.

6. Outstanding Dues & Visibility

If Vendor's outstanding dues to the Company reach a set limit, kitchen visibility will automatically turn off until dues are fully settled.

7. Payouts

Payouts for orders delivered by MamaChef platform riders follow the Company's payout schedule, visible to Vendor in the app as a full statement.

8. Term & Termination

This agreement takes effect from the date of registration and may be ended by either party with written notice. The Company may suspend or terminate a Vendor account for serious violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan, with the courts of Karachi having jurisdiction over any dispute.
