MamaChef Rider Agreement
By applying to ride for MamaChef, you agree to the following terms between you ("Rider") and PinkSky, which operates MamaChef ("Company").
1. Identity Verification
Rider confirms all documents submitted (CNIC, driving licence, utility bill) are genuine and belong to them. False documents will result in permanent removal from the platform.
2. Cash Handling
For cash-on-delivery orders, Rider is responsible for collecting the correct amount and settling owed cash with the Company according to the cash limit shown in the app. Cash limits scale with delivery history and reliability.
3. Conduct
Rider must behave professionally and safely toward customers and kitchens at all times, and follow traffic laws while on delivery.
4. Payouts
Earnings are calculated per completed delivery and paid out according to the Company's payout schedule, visible to Rider in the app as a full statement.
5. Account Restrictions
If outstanding cash owed reaches Rider's cash limit, their account will be restricted from accepting further cash-on-delivery orders until settled.
6. Term & Termination
This agreement takes effect once Rider is approved and may be ended by either party with notice. The Company may suspend or terminate a Rider account for serious violation of these terms or unsafe conduct.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan, with the courts of Karachi having jurisdiction over any dispute.
